What is your service?
Reminder2Mobile is a permission based appointment reminder scheduling system that utilizes SMS (text messaging) technology to deliver automatic, timed responses to patients, customers, or clients.

What wireless carriers do you support?
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Nextel, T-Mobile, Alltel, Virgin Mobile, Cellular One, US Cellular, and Boost. Reminder2Mobile reaches over 290 million U.S cell phone subscribers.

How is text message marketing regulated?
The Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) regulates all guidelines for Mobile Marketing. Cell Ghost Media is a proud supporter of the MMA, and all of our campaigns comply with MMA standards.

What is an SMS text message?
SMS stands for “short message service.” More commonly called a text message, these are 160 characters in length and are delivered via cellular phone.

How do customers sign up or participate?
Cell phone carriers have strict policies regarding unsolicited messages. All campaigns are required to be 100% opt-in or permission based – there is no exception to the rules. If customers are interested in receiving promotional messages from you or participating in your SMS campaign, then they will opt in to the program. Customers always have the ability to opt out when they are no longer interested in your program. The key is to always provide high value to retain your customers or boost campaign response rates.

We provide a selection of sign-up form templates that you can easily apply to your current forms for you to acquire the customers’ permission.

How do customers opt-out or unsubscribe from a subscription list campaign?
Any time a subscriber wants to opt out of a campaign, they simply need to reply with the word STOP and they will automatically be removed from your mobile appointment scheduler

How much is a customer charged to receive a text message?
Standard Text Messaging rates apply. This is based on the customer’s current phone plan. Most people now have unlimited messaging plans, however it’s best to always get permission before sending any kind of messaging.

Do you use the phone numbers for any other purpose?
Absolutely not! When users participate in a campaign, they are participating in a campaign for your business only. Please check our privacy policy.

Can I upload my own list of phone numbers?
Yes. The Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) has established strict guidelines regarding permission-based SMS marketing. A user must opt in by submitting their mobile phone number via our sign-up forms and subsequently confirming that they wish to participate in the program.

If you have a pre-existing list of customers, you can easily import the data into Reminder2Mobile’s system, but must be sure to receive permission from the customer before sending out any messaging to their phone.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Reminder2Mobile is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Purchases are made through PayPal’s secure, reliable network.
